Papaya smoothie

A serving of papaya provides 144% of the daily recommended value of vitamin C. Its content of papain make it a fantastic anti-inflammatory for the stomach, helping with digestion and assimilation of protein.


Ingredients (Serves 1)

  • 100 g banana

  • 100 g papaya

  • 100 g plain yogurt or kefir 

  • 3 crushed cardamoms


Blitz everything together. Add ice if a lighter consistency is desired.
