Dates stuffed with goat’s cheese and pistachios

Dates are used for muscle development because of the large amounts of minerals the contain, which also make them ideal for bone health and strength, as the have selenium, manganese, copper and magnesium


Ingredients (Serves 1)

  • 3 medjool dates

  • 3 tsp soft goat’s chees

  • 1 tsp grated orange zest

  • 10 pistachio kernels, chopped


Cut dates in half and take out the pit. Crumble the cheese and mix with the orange zest (you can leave a pinch for decoration). Stuff the dates with this mixture and sprinkle chopped pistachios on top.
